Shipment & Delivery
We would love to work every day, but the Lonestar of London working days are Monday to Friday.
While we pride ourselves on dispatching most of our orders on the same day, we target ourselves to dispatch ALL of our orders within 3 working days of order placement. Orders received after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following working day which in the absence of a bank holiday will be the following Monday.

Lonestar of London take care of all taxes and duties in the USA and Europe, so there are no additional payments to be made by you, the customer.
Duties and taxes incurred on purchases made by our Worldwide customers are borne by the customer.
We will always obtain a proof of posting. While delays are frustrating and we fully sympathise, Lonestar of London cannot take responsibility for delays to your order once it has been dispatched.
