Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

While we want you to love our products as much as we do, we recognise that on rare occasions, the product may not meet your expectations. In these instances please be assured that you have 30 days from receipt of the product to initiate a full refund or to exchange the product for an alternative – you can do this by printing our RETURNS FORM.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in a saleable condition with all matching accessories, including the original cotton dust bag and packaging.

On receipt of the returned product we will issue a full refund.

All returned shipping costs to be paid by the customer.

All returns should be sent to the Lonestar of London Suite, Smartbase, Aviation Park West, Target Road, East Parley, Christchurch, BH23 6NW.

Please note that we can only accept returns for purchases that have been made through the official Lonestar of London website.
